Job Opportunities




The appointee will be required to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the Deputy Director (Administration).   Duties shall include organising meetings and appointments; preparing correspondence and meeting documents; conducting ad hoc studies and research; coordination with internal and external parties; and any other duties as assigned.

(a) At least a High Diploma, preferably a recognized degree.
(b) At least 5 years of relevant secretarial/administrative experience.  Previous experience in serving senior management is preferable.
(c) Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
(d) Independent, organised, self-motivated in follow-up and able to work under pressure.
(e) Good coordination skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
(f) Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input etc.

Appointment will be on a two-year contract with the possibility of renewal, subject to mutual agreement. A gratuity payment equal up to 10% of basic salary earned during the contract period will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical, and dental benefits. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
