With rich work experiences and professional networks in education as well as arts and culture, Dr Lau is adept at collaborating with students, educators and artists. With particularly relevant work experience at HKU SPACE as Programme Director in Performing Arts and West Kowloon Cultural District as Senior Manager in Learning and Engagement, she aspires to contribute to the youths with her diverse backgrounds and skills in teaching & learning, research, programme development and management.  Her publications include a monograph based on her doctoral research on electronic dance music and youth culture published by Routledge (New York).
