The health information is for general reference only. Participant should choose the best suitable exercises according to their own health and physical fitness level. Especially for those who are not physically active and fit, they should start with manageable difficulty and proceed slowly. You may start with one set a day and repeat after 48 hours, if your body recovers. Before starting any exercise, you should perform 5 minutes simple warmup, e.g. stepping and limbs Mobilization. Please make sure you have adequate space, and remove any furniture and accessories which may be potentially dangerous. 上述介紹的動作只作參考,因個人的健康及體能標準各有不同,所以大家需選擇適合自己能夠應付的動作。特別是不恆常進行體能活動的人需要以低難度及緩慢的進度去開始運動,其後再逐步提升他們的活動次數及時間。最初時可先試做一組,隔日身體復原後再做。 開始前先做5分鐘簡單的熱身例如原地踏步,活動手腳等,整套運動佔用空間不多,但都要留意家中環境能否安全進行,盡量將傢俬及飾物移開你的活動範圍。 |
