Temporary Online Book Request Service from 20 December 2020 to 3 January 2021

The Library will resume the Temporary Online Book Request Service for all Academy staff and students during the non-teaching period. You can place online requests for circulating books and audiovisual materials on day loan and collect them from our Library staff outside the Facilities Service Centre on Wanchai Campus in weekday afternoons.

 

Please see the request, pick up and return procedures below:

 

To request:

  1. Search for the library record of your required item on Primo@Lib
  2. Sign in with Academy ID and password
  3. Press [REQUEST] under Availability in the Library Record to place your request
  4. The Library will notify you by email when the required items are ready for collection

To pick up:

  • Call 2584-8510 on weekdays afternoon (except public holidays)
  • The requested item will be checked out and bought to you outside the Facilities Services Centre

Pick up service is available between 1:00 – 6:00 pm on weekdays (from 1:00 – 5:00 pm on 24 Dec and 31 Dec 2020).

To return:

  • Use the Book Return outside the Facilities Service Centre.

 

Please note the loan period will follow the normal Borrowing Regulations.

 

If you have borrowed library materials that are due for return, you may renew them on Primo@Lib or use the Book Return outside the Facilities Services Centre.
