Rachel Ip Chun-Lam graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a BFA in Theatre and Entertainment Arts, majoring in Lighting Design.

She has created lighting design for theatrical productions such as Les Fleurs du Mal (Artocrite Theater), The LITTLE Things in Life (Yat Po Singers), Good People (Drama Gallery), Freespace Jazz Fest 2023: Mischievous Boy (WestK), Spoon, The Isle (Hong Kong Repertory Theatre).

Recent works for concerts includes Freespace Jazz Fest 2023: Dasom Baek Trio x Olivier Cong (WestK), Imagineland Gen S Concert: Forest Stage (Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival 2024), Hins Cheung x Terence Lam The Perfect Match Concert 2024, ComplexCon HK 2024.
