In the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts (TEA), students can learn how to apply design, technology and management skills, and develop a career in the performing arts and entertainment industry.
For students who are interested in media technology, such as designing stage environments and atmospheres with sound, lighting and installations; or stage and event management and production; or hands-on design, such as set and costume making, prop making and scenery painting, here is a chance to learn fundamental knowledge in theatre and entertainment arts.
School of TEA will hold a Recruitment Day on 22 July (Friday) to recruit students who are taking DSE this year for Diploma in Theatre and Entertainment Arts Foundations programme. This Foundation Diploma is a one-year programme that not only teaches the basics in theatre and entertainment arts, but also serves as a feeder to Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Theatre and Entertainment Arts.
If interviewees meet the admission requirements of the Bachelor’s degree programme and perform well in the interview, they may even be considered by the School to be admitted to the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Theatre and Entertainment Arts directly. Visit our website for more information!
