Physical activity can help to boost your mood, reduce stress, improve sleep, and sharpen your focus  benefits that can be especially important during stressful times. The COVID-19 pandemic shuts down sports facility and keep everyone indoor. This seems to make exercising difficult.

進行體育鍛煉可以幫助改善情緒,減輕壓力,改善睡眠並增強專注力,這些好處特別在現時抗疫壓力大的時候尤其重要。COVID-19大流行關閉體育設施,並使每個人都留在室內。這似乎使令做運動變得困難。
